2020 PTCC AGM

The 2020 Poole Town Cricket Club (Incorporating The Poole Old Grammarians and Poole Cricket Clubs) AGM will take place on Friday 29th January 2021 at 7.30pm

The AGM will be being held digitally this year because of government restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Secretarys notes:

We will be holding this event digitally. We will be using the Microsoft Teams app. For the most inclusive experience downloading the free app will give you the most features,

- seeing all participants

- raising your hand to attract attention of facilitator (me) that you have a point tomake or you are happy to propose or second a decision

If you are intending to join, please respond to me via email Andrew.milner@BCPCouncil.gov.uk with your email address so I can include you on the meeting invite which will be circulated before the event. Also, if you wish to formally have your apologies noted then contact me at Andrew.milner@BCPCouncil.gov.uk

If you wish to stand for office as noted in Item 6 of the agenda I need a proposer to

inform me by email please no later than midnight Friday 22nd January 2021.

If you wish to include a specific agenda item then also please advise me in writing before midnight 22nd January.

It is the intention of committee to provide you with a set of Captains / Officers reports with the meeting invite beforehand so you can prepare and we do not spend significant time reading them out on the evening.

The AGM is an annual event that gives club members the chance to review the past year, discuss and vote on issues and elect club officers, committee members and team captains for the coming year.

The committee would like to encourage all club members, including junior members and 250 Club members to please come along. You are ALL eligible to vote.
